Take a look below at a whole home transformation we recently worked on overlooking Lake Calhoun. The completed look brings the modern chic that was missing from this space. We love to see what we can do once the ideas get flowing! In this case, the goal was to maximize the view. With contractor and designer Jim Patsch they decided to use the existing kitchen space as a wine room and pull the remodeled kitchen forward to allow for the perfect overlook.
